Checking in on the Due Bill

I hadn't heard anything regarding the backordered items for my Model X, Pensive's due bill. There were three items that were listed at time of delivery:

  • mark/scratch at the bottom of the driver side door

  • missing/poorly installed bolt attaching the back of the 3rd-row seat

  • scratch or other mark in front of the driver-side

During delivery, the expectation was that late-April they'd have the parts they needed for the first two, at which point I'd come-back and they'd take a closer look at the windscreen.

The service department could not find any record of the due bill, and the gentleman on the phone promised to send an eMail tomorrow after checking-in with the sales team.
