Wheel Trim
This morning, we packed-up the whole family (wife, toddler, and two infants) to take the toddler to daycare. Walking into the garage to get everyone into the car, I was surprised to see the trim for the right (passenger-side) wheel hanging off the car.
As far as I could tell, nothing looked damaged: the tabs for the trim had simply popped-out of body of the car. As best as I can surmise, this happened on the last half-mile of the three-mile ride home from daycare yesterday. At that point, it sounded like something had been caught in the wheel-well (such as a small stick), but it seemed to persist for longer than I would have expected. Looking at the area yesterday evening, I did not see anything stuck (nor did I notice the trim off at that point, so it must have gotten worse over night).
I've eMailed the local service center for insight that might have caused this; in the mean time it's mostly stuck back in such that it's driveable.
